Bethany began her career in Housing Operations at American International College in her hometown of Springfield, Massachusetts in 2012. She moved her career from the Operations office to the Software industry in 2015, where she became a Help Desk Product Specialist for Adirondack Solutions, Inc. Though her job was to assist clients with questions regarding the software, she also spent time on-site with clients to conduct training & consult them on their processes, which is where she found her passion. Bethany’s other favorite job is being an aunt to her 2 nieces and 2 nephews. Bethany spends free time working on her golf game, spending time with friends and family, and loves to travel.
